Starting Procedure:
The formation zone will be turn 7 (pit entrance). All starts will be double file rolling starts with pole on the right side. The race starts when the green flag is waved. All restarts will be single file rolling starts. All failed starts will result in a loss of race time.
Kart Swaps:
Karts may only be swapped during Practice 1 or Practice 2. As long as there are spares, each driver will have 1 available kart swap. When swapping karts, please raise your hand when approaching the pit entrance. Follow all pit lane rules and come to a complete stop in one of the available lanes. Exit the kart and ask the Race Director for a kart swap. Please note that we will attempt to use the best karts available to us first, so the spares may not be faster.
